Zander Homes approached AMH Creative with the goal of creating a new, fresh identity that was more modern to appeal to the culture of the potential homebuyers they were targeting.

The AMH Creative Solution

AMH strategically set out first to identify the market Zander Homes was targeting. After the target market was identified, we began creative exploration of what elements related to the target, and how to engulf the brand within that culture. We determined that simplicity was key with creating a memorable brand. The new mark for Zander homes included a Z, in which the negative space formed the left side of a house. We also created components to the identity that would be remain concise across all communication channels and marketing collateral.
